The home is located only 30 minutes from the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park, which is open all year. The Bozeman airport is about an hour's drive away, along with Bridger Bowl Ski Area, which is known for it fabulous downhill skiing!
General Description: Au Grande Soleil sleeps 12 and is a craftsman-style home that features rich cherry woodwork throughout, a staircase window seat, panoramic viewing windows, tile work, and a spacious, 4000 sq.feet floor plan. This home has a delightful ambiance and is private, clean andquiet.
Living Room: The living room is located on the main floor where home and hearth come together in this idyllic setting. Enjoy gatherings in this ample living room area and relax from your day’s adventure by sinking into the leather sectional or the over-sized leather chair with ottoman. The wall of windows, framed in gorgeous cherry wood and floor length drapes, offers ever-changing views of the magnificent Absaroka Mountain Range. Spectacular sunsets and starry constellations are enjoyed nightly. When you are ready to wind down, you can enjoy the satellite TV.
A Family Room is located on the Lower Level. This spacious room has a Flat Screen HDTV with satellite programming, DVD player, movies and numerous board games. Unwind from the day’s activities on the comfortable couch. Oak tables, lamps, multiple chairs and a foosball table are also located here. Close the pocket doors for further privacy.
Kitchen: The cherry wood Kitchen is well equipped tomeet your cooking needs. This large room features a gas stove with 6 burners, a range hood, tiled backsplash and electric oven. Modern cookware and utensils, a quiet dishwasher, double sinks, large refrigerator with icemaker and numerous small appliances are among the many amenities in this beautifully designed room. Substantial counter space and ample lighting combine to lend ease in meal preparation. The windows showcase a dramatic mountain scape, forming a backdrop to enjoy your meals by.
Dining Room: The Dining Area accommodates up to twelve guests. There are wooden tables and chairs with place settings for everyone. Uniquely positioned viewing windows provide a wonderful place to sip your fresh morning coffee as you watch the rising sun paint its alpenglow upon the spectacular mountain peaks. A high chair is available.
The outdoor porch and grill area is a greatplace to gather and enjoy lawn activities or cook outdoor meals. You will find a gas barbecue grill, complete with cooking tools, as well as a patio table andchairs.
Bedrooms: The Master Suite is located in a separate area of the home on the main floor. This secluded master suite includes a spacious bedroom, large adjoining walk-in closet (with plenty of storage space), and a master bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands, sizable double dresser with a mirror, love seat, reading lamps, and a well-stocked, built-in bookcase. The master bath – Includes a deep bathtub to relax in, separate, tiled waterfall shower, double sink cabinet with mirrors, and a water closet. Each area has a pocket door for privacy.
Upper Room Sleeping Accomidations:
The Sunflower Room –This inviting room has both a queen bed and a full bed with comforters, sofa, two dressers, a mirror, end tables with lamps, and two individual closets. Curl up here with your favorite book before drifting off to sleep.
The Chalet Room – Reminiscent of a Swiss Chalet with its white pine furniture, this charming room has three twin beds, a double dresser and mirror, nightstand, lamps and spacious closet. See the stars and majestic mountains through the large windows. This room is suitable for children or adults.
The Balcony Room – This room features a California king bed, matching end tables, lamps, a reading chair, and spacious closet. A sliding glass door opens onto a secluded balcony with sweeping views of the valley below. The moonrises are stunning. Sunrises are unforgettable!
Full Bath- This spacious room includes a tubwith tiled shower, three sinks each with its own mirror, and a separate watercloset for privacy. It has storage cabinets with plenty of drawers.
Lower Level Slepping Accomidations:
The Alcove – This cozy semi-private sleeping nook has a daybed for one, comfy pillows, a nightstand, dresser, mirror, rocking chair and closet.
Full Bath– Also on the lower floor, this full bathroom has a tub with tiled shower, wooden vanity with sink, and mirrored cabinet. The laundry room is down the hall.
Towels and linens – Throughout the home, pure cotton towels, bed linens and comforters are provided, as well as goose down bed pillows for your sleeping comfort. Down-alternative pillows are also available.
Laundry: For your convenience, two laundry areas are provided, one located on the main level with stacked washer and dryer, the other on the lower level with full-size washer and dryer.
Setting: This is an incredibly beautiful home where you can relax, share and make lifelong memories in gorgeous Paradise Valley, Montana. The historic Yellowstone River is just three minutes from ourdoorstep.
Airport and Location: The home is located about an hour's drive from Bozeman Airport and 25 minutes from both the town of Livingston and the North Entance of Yellowstone National park in Gardner, MT.
