Located in the beautiful, secluded Deep Creek area of Paradise Valley.
This lovely two-level house has a year around stream running through the property.
The front porch is perfect spot to catch the morning sun and watch the wildlife stroll through the pasture. The back deck overlooks the creek and provides a vantage point for the mountains and orchard.
The upper level is comprised of the kitchen, dining and living room with a wood burning fireplace. The master suite, in addition to the queen sized bed, has a sitting area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper.
The ground level has a 2nd living room, also with a fireplace. A daybed with trundle provides more sleeping space. The walkout patio has a barbeque and is surrounded by a small lawn and bordered by the creek. Two bedrooms and a bath are also located on this level.
A special feature of this property is a family-owned outfitting business, Bear Paw Outfitters, just down the lane where horseback rides can be arranged.
